We also use minimal and recycled packaging materials while ensuring that your posters are packaged with care to avoid damage during shipping. Yes, you can always contact NelNel, whether it is for design and branding requests (Studio NelNel) or custom illustrations (NelNel Art).
We will be happy to offer a refund or accept returns for damaged products within 30 days of receiving it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your bank, as there may be some processing time involved.
